Neděle: RESTORATIVE PRANAYAMA: get ready to breathe and move some energy. First we need to let go of unnecessary holding patterns in a series designed to soften deep layers of muscular tension in the ribs shoulders and chest. And then we will learn to place the breath mindfully into new places of awareness.
