CHANGING ONE PERSPECTIVE: Where do we see from? And what do we train ourselves to experience that might be a limiting belief. This class will teach us to do the pose from differing perspectives: the physical, the energetic, the spirit... when we see from a higher self, we have a chance to act from a higher self. We realize that asana is merely a metaphor for the life we are living.
