In celebration of International Yoga Day, join me for a special 90-minute class combining two complementary practices.
The first part is a gentle yoga flow: slow, mindful movement focused on releasing tension, improving mobility, and reconnecting with your breath and body. Suitable for all levels.
The second part is Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, a guided meditation practiced lying down in complete stillness. Through a systematic relaxation technique, it brings the body to the edge of sleep while the mind remains gently aware. Even a single session can leave you feeling deeply rested; it is said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can be as restorative as several hours of sleep.
